API SPA is equipped with a system for receiving, managing, analyzing, and processing reports, including anonymous ones, providing reporters (employees, collaborators, consultants, suppliers, partners, shareholders, and members of corporate bodies) with a portal to communicate irregularities they have become aware of to the company's designated body.

API SPA ensures the protection and confidentiality of the reporter's identity as well as other subjects deserving protection in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of 2023 and the information contained in the report (including the identity of the person subject to the report) and, in any case, guarantees protection against any possible retaliation related, even indirectly, to the reported facts.

Below is the access to the portal to submit reports either orally (by recording a voice message) or in writing (through a specific form).

The reporter can monitor the progress of the activated procedure by accessing the Portal using the Unique Identification Code that will be issued at the time of report submission and which, therefore, we invite you to keep it in hands.
