The API® Service Organisation goes into action from the installation and commissioning phases of new plants, following the entire post-sales cycle, provision of preventive and extraordinary maintenance services, supply and installation of replacement parts, plant overhauls or intervention in emergency situations. API SpA's special teams operate and are enabled to work in complete safety in difficult-to-access locations, at height and with the use of special equipment.
A preventive maintenance contract is a customised medium-long term agreement with API SpA for periodic inspection and routine maintenance of plants by specialised API Service technicians. The aim of the contract is to minimise the risk of accidents and unforeseen events by providing a minimum quota of fixed costs, as well as proposing a privileged relationship and a direct link with the API Service facility, and access at discounted rates to other services on request and original API SpA spare parts.
Based on experience gained over more than half a century, API Service evaluates the plants' condition in order to plan interventions and produce solutions that improve efficiency, operation and safety.
A specialist technician visits and inspects the plant to report the manufacturer's point of view to the Customer, then proposes a series of solutions and possible interventions for the Customer to freely choose from.
